Questions to ponder...
1. Are You Planning to Succeed?
(David made a choice to stay home, when he should have been with his army).

2. Do You Want To Do What's Right?
(David ignored the warnings from others).

3. Are You Thinking About The Consequences?
(Making the right choice is sometimes hard in the beginning, but it often saves you from painful consequences later).

4. Are You Going Down the Wrong Road?
(David never set out to be a deceiver and a murderer, but that's where the road he chose led him).

David repented and God forgave Him.  David got a second chance!
Whatever we have done, we can give it to God and receive a second chance too.

Question for Reflection
God gives us a second chance.  Why do you think we're often hesitant to give others a second chance?
