"Mothers Help A Lot"  Lessons from the Life of Deborah.

5/13/2014

Key Verse from Sunday:
"Villagers in Israel would not fight; they held back until I, Deborah, arose, until I arose, a mother in Israel." (Judges 5:7 NIV)

Recap
Judges 4:1-16 (Click to read)

"Mothers, is the world waiting for you to arise and meet the challenges in front of you?  From Deborah's story, not only moms, but all of us, can learn how to face difficult and challenging times with God's strength and courage."

God used the prophet and judge Deborah to lead her people to victory over their enemies.

Never believe that God can't use you.  Be faithful in what God has placed in your hand today, have confidence in the Lord and know that God loves to bring victory from unexpected places.

Question for Reflection
What do you think the story of Deborah can teach us about leadership and faith today?

I welcome your comments.
